We Text You Nudges is a coaching and accountability service delivered by text message. A coach texts you during the day to help you start and finish tasks, and you can text back and forth with the service. By signing up or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service is not medical care, mental-health treatment, therapy, or professional advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. It is a productivity and accountability tool. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis or emergency, do not rely on this service — in the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.
You must be 18 or older and located in the United States, with a mobile phone that can send and receive SMS text messages.
New members may receive a free trial (currently 14 days). No credit card is required for the trial, and nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends, the service simply stops unless you choose to continue as a paying subscriber.
Paid plans, prices, and terms are shown at the time of purchase. You can stop receiving messages at any time by texting STOP, which ends the service immediately. Refund requests can be sent using the contact information below and are handled promptly and fairly.
The service works by sending you recurring text messages (typically 3-5 per day). Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time.
You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to attempt to disrupt or misuse the service. We may end service to anyone who abuses it or the people operating it.
Everyone is different. We make no guarantee of specific results, income, productivity, or outcomes from using the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, We Text You Nudges and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
