We Text You Nudges ("we," "us") is a coaching and accountability service delivered by text message, operated by Mike Pavlish in Hollywood, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you sign up or use the service, we collect: your first name, your mobile phone number, your time zone and preferred check-in times, and the content of text messages you exchange with the service (for example, the tasks you tell us about). If you later become a paying subscriber, payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
We use your information only to run the service: sending your coaching texts, remembering your tasks and schedule so your coach can help you, improving the service, and responding to support requests. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by texting the word FREE or START to our number), you consent to receive recurring automated coaching text messages from We Text You Nudges. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies (typically 3-5 messages per day). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for assistance. Mobile phone numbers and text-message opt-in data will never be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data with our SMS delivery provider solely to deliver the service to you.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as our SMS delivery provider and payment processor), and only for that purpose; or if required by law.
We keep your information while you use the service and for a reasonable period afterward for records and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time using the contact information below.

The service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
